Each year we're called on to design bespoke artwork that follows the 3 vignettes and themes of that year's Simpsons Treehouse of Horror special. These would be printed as posters, as well as posted on social media to promote the special episode.
The unique challenge of following the theme, organizing the 3 chapters, and playing with alternative design styles like 3D models and anime style illustration made these works of art standout projects every year.

While I worked closely with the on-air team for graphics, my team also designed and executed on the social branding for Fox Animation Domination.
Beyond what's shown here were a handful more templates, guides, and assets for our social team to use. These assets helped our team and the social team collaborate very quickly in the fast-paced world of television with PR announcements, show updates, and more.

Static data visualization graphics may come and go, but there is always some room for creativity if you think hard enough. Creating interesting content that's structured to give the designer the power to be as creative as they wanted was the goal here. What we got was definitely more unique than your typical infographic, landing Column Five a spot in the top five of Inc.'s Coolest Infographics of 2015.
This piece is about how social science and knowing your audience on a subconscious level can play a crucial role in marketing. You can see the full context of this graphic on Microsoft's blog here. Click the image below to view the full graphic.

Once the process for an animated data visual had been put into place, I really just wanted to be a part of creating more. This graphic shows a couple stories, side-by-side, of what can happen if you let the bad guys win in a rad 8-bit inspired design.
Working through this graphic a few more efficiencies were discovered, helping provide best practices for more animated data visualizations in the future.
Designer and animators: Jenny Famularcano and Remo Bang.
I coordinated within Sevenly's in-house creative team and with freelance artists to create beautiful pieces of art, delivering 3 to as many as 5 new designs per week. While the art was mainly for shirts, some prints and other items would occasionally be made available.
The process I developed rounded out at 5 weeks, starting with phrasing, art direction, sketches, reviews, and finalization. Some pieces were made specifically to convey a week's unique message for that charity's cause, while others were made to be more general and relevant to everyone in their daily lives.
